A few items of lost property have been found by the organising teams.
At the Long, Arncliffe, Sunday:
- Navy blue thermal top
- Childs black/grey hoodie with ‘Pittsburg’ logo
At the Relays, Middleton Park, Monday:
- a pair of black Ron Hill Tracksters (possibly lost at Sunday’s event but transferred to the relays)
- a red phone audio lead
If these are yours, please contact the relevant Organiser (details still on the event pages) to arrange their collection/return.
The Relay results, Routegadget and Winsplits are published on the results page. Links to photos from today’s exciting races in Middleton Park will follow.
These are now published on the results page. Apologies for the delay while we sorted out a few issues.
Results, Winsplits and Routegadget from the Mixed Sprint Relays at Bradford are all published on the Results page: https://boc2019.org.uk/results-index/
There are also photos from Steve Rush and Wendy Carlyle.
We hope you all enjoyed the Sprint courses. Thanks to all the officials and volunteers!
We’ve received more information from the Tour de Yorkshire cycle race organisers. The following road closures have now been confirmed:
The B6265 between Pateley bridge and Greenhow will be closed from 08:00 and 17:00
The B6160 between Threshfield and Kettlewell will be closed from 13:35 to 14:50
For details of all road closures in North Yorkshire see:
The final version of the BOC Weekend Programme is available to download: BOC programme final V5a Final 2019. (This supercedes previous published versions).
To save paper competitors may prefer to use the programme online. Competitors should download the Programme before travelling to Kilnsey and Arncliffe on Sunday, as mobile data services may be slow or non-existent in that area.
Late late entries have now closed and we are in the final stages of completing revisions before the final export of Start Lists from Fabian4 today. Absolutely no further new entries will be accepted, please don’t ask.
Start times for BOC Long and the Saturday Individual Sprint have now been posted, here:
Following a sneak preview of the BOC 2019 O’tops at last weekend’s JK, we have had a number of enquiries about how to order one.
If you didn’t place your order in time for the deadline of 17 March, it’s not too late. You can order your top by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tops will be posted out as soon as possible after BOC 2019.

– unisex, ladies or junior
Prices are as follows:
Standard adult top – £29
Full mesh adult top – £27
Standard junior top – £24
Full mesh junior top – £22
(Price increase of £2 on the original price to include all postage charges).
Payment will be needed to secure your order. Payment can be made in cash at the event – please call at the YHOA Junior Squad tent – or by bank transfer (please request bank details when you send your order email).
(Profits will go to YHOA Junior Squad).
We have managed to extend the final entry closing date by 1 day, so that it is now Monday evening, 22nd April (23:59). This means that, for those people away over the Easter weekend (perhaps at the JK), the entry closing date is likely to be after they get back home. Club team captains are also likely to be very busy on Sunday with JK Relay team declarations, so the extension gives them additional time for final team entries to the Mixed Sprint Relays and British Relays events that are part of the BOC weekend.
